ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS COOPERATION OF EXPORTERS WITH THE COUNTRIES OF THE MIDDLE EAST  
– This is a long-term practice of interacting with Qatar's most influential entrepreneurs and government agencies. Over the 8 years of business cooperation, we have good business contacts and joint projects with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Qatar Entrepreneurs Association, the Investment Fund, as well as a number of large Qatari companies in the sectors of Investment and Finance, Construction, Architecture and Design, Chemical and Oil and Gas industry, Trade, Pharmaceutical Production and Medicine, Engineering and IT, Agriculture agriculture , etc.

MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION: 
Each member of the Association is a full-fledged subject with all rights and responsibilities in a single team of professionals. All members of our Association receive organizational support, oral and practical advice on finding a customer, make presentations of their products/services, participate in online negotiations with Qatari businessmen, and also travel on a business mission to Qatar, where they do a roadshow of their company in 2-3 days, have the opportunity to open their own company (or with a Qatari partner) in Qatar.

On April 22, 2026, the ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS COOPERATION OF EXPORTERS WITH THE COUNTRIES OF the MIDDLE EAST held the VI International Conference with potential Qatari business partners in Moscow at the site of the Russian-Qatari Business Council at the CCI of the Russian Federation.   Among the invited VIP guests in the hall were: First Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Russian Federation - Salem Al-Naimi; Deputy Director of the Department of the Middle East and North Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation - Maxim Maksimov, Head of the Department of Development of Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia -  Dobkin Sergey., as well as Qatari VIP guests online. There were presentations of projects by 5 Russian exporting companies, two Qatari companies and a Qatari bank.

On January 29, 2025, the ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS COOPERATION OF EXPORTERS WITH THE COUNTRIES OF the MIDDLE EAST held the VI International Conference with potential Qatari business partners in Moscow at the site of the Russian-Qatari Business Council at the CCI of the Russian Federation.  Among the invited VIP guests in the hall were:: Adviser-Envoy of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Qatar - Lebedev D..; Head of the Department of Development of Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.; Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of the city of Moscow - Manuilov V.; Head of the Department for work with the countries of the Middle East and Africa, Russian The export center is Ali-Zadeh Israfil Raufovich, as well as Qatari VIP guests in online format. Presentations of projects of 7 Russian exporting companies and 2 Qatari companies Qatar Airways and Embrace Doha were held.

On November 29, 2023, the V International Conference "Export of Russian Goods and Residence of Foreign companies in Qatar" was held in Moscow, with Qatari investors. The report was made by: Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Russian Federation- Abdulla Yousuf Al-Saai; Strategy & Investment Analyst, Al Faisal Holding - Fares Shaheen, Chief Operations Officer, COO, Qatar Tourism Ministry, Visit Qatar - Berthold Trenkel, Brand Manager, Qatar Trading company - Samir Jellali, Operations manager, Al -Attiyah Architectural Group Holding, Edge interior - Eng. Mohamed Atef. Deputy Director General of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Karelia, Adviser to the Head of the Republic of Karelia - Alexey Raumo, Head of the Department for the Development of Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia - H.K. Budunova, Head of the Department for the Development of International Projects of the Russian Export Center - Jabbori Najibullah. Presentations of projects by 7 Russian exporting companies and a discussion about the specifics of business in Qatar.

On June 27, 2023, the IV International Conference "Export of Russian Goods and Residence of Foreign companies in Qatar" was held in Moscow, with Qatari investors. The report was delivered by: Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Russian Federation - Abdulla Yousuf Al-Saai; Strategy & Investment Analyst, Al Faisal Holding - Fares Shaheen, CEO of Arabian Horizon Company - Dr. Hamad Bin Khazeena Al Marri; CEO of Alekimasoka LTD, Member of Parliament of South Africa, Chairman of the Russia-South Africa Business Union - Dr. Chumani Xotyeni; CEO, Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital - Abdulaziz.Al-Kuwari, Head of the Department of Development of Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia - Budunova H.K., Presentations of projects by 10 Russian exporting companies and a discussion about the specifics of business in Qatar.

On March 22, 2023, the III International Conference with Qatari investors was held in Moscow. The report was delivered by: Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Russian Federation - Abdulla Yousuf Al-Saai, Strategy & Investment Analyst, Al Faisal Holding - Fares Shaheen, CEO of the Arabian Horizon Company - Dr. Hamad Bin Khazeena Al Marri; Vice President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry - S.O. Vardanyan, Deputy.Director of the Department of Cooperation and licensing in the field of foreign trade of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation - Galiullin A. On May 26, 2022, the II International Conference with Qatari investors was held in Moscow. The report was delivered by: Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Russian Federation - Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Kuwari, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Industry and Trade, Coordinator of the Deputy Group for Relations with the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait - Gutenev V.V., Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Leningrad Region, Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activities Leningrad region – Yalov D.A. , Head of the Investor Relations Department of the Ryazan Region Development Corporation - Strizhevsky A.M.

Gantsov, the leadership of the Moscow export center and many other of our Qatari business partners.
